My Station Taxi driver on the morning of Tuesday April 2nd at 10.30 am from Solar House, in the town centre to The Royal Victoria Infirmary Newcastle + waited for me while I had my appointment with the surgeon + brought me back to Solar House in Sunderland town centre, was a gentleman called Paul. Paul was great company + smashing conversation throughout both journeys, a very good + well mannered driver to other road users. I would like to express my sincere thanks to him + great credit to Station Taxis Sunderland.

Excellent service really friendly driver. Said Hello and wished me a good day when I got out. Asked which way I preferred to go, happy with what he said just sorry I didn’t get his name. Thank you never any complaints.

Excellent service from taxi reservation to the driver being very courteous helping into the car as I have disability. Journey was really good & safe & use the company frequently. Definitely 5* service!!

Needed a taxi at 3am this morning to get me to the Royal as my daughter had gone into labour. Being from Washington I tried every local firm but City taxis came to my rescue. Lovely driver got me there just in the nick of. 18 minutes later my grandson came into the world. Thank you so much City taxis

Used this service a few times and I’ve always had great service however tonight really stood out. I called for a taxi from Sunderland Royal to Seaham and taxi driver was very friendly and chatty, and that helped me feel better after having a poor experience with a doctor at the hospital. Good rates for fares as well. Highly recommend.

We got mini bus from ryhope cricket club last night and the driver was very friendly enjoyed our ride home unlike going there with city taxis.

Always get friendly phone staff and drivers are always friendly and always get a cab when need one no messing about or wasting time unlike station taxis
