Super helpful, friendly shop. Really knowledgeable, honest staff who are really happy to help. Fellas helped me out with a specialized warranty issue (even though I hadn't bought from them. I didn't know they existed to be fair). They couldn't do enough for me and sorted my bike super quickly. Gem of a shop I wish I knew about years ago.

Great knowledge and customer service displayed by team member selling youth helmet to my 10 year old. Tried on lots of helmets and was patient, empathetic and professional in his approach. My son came away saying it's the best bike shop in Wales. Think I agree.

What a bike shop. Nothing is too much trouble for the lads, very knowledgeable, and experienced. All staff go above and beyond to make sure your cycling experience is the best it can be.

After some knee problems, I'm moving away from running and wanted to start cycling instead. I bought a bike, but didn't know what I was doing and can't say I particularly enjoyed it. I was uncomfortable, pins and needles in feet, couldn't go up the slightest incline, pretty demotivated. After sulking a bit, and overcoming my fear of having no technical knowledge of bikes, I decided to come to Cyclopedia for a bike fit. What an immediate change it's been. I received advice on posture, corrected the measurements on the bike, identified the problems with the shoes I was wearing (I know feel like I'm wearing slippers), identified which parts of the bike were causing me issues (crank length), and gained a whole lot more knowledge on how to invest my energy into the bike. The outcome being that I finally feel like the effort I put into the bike is transferred to forward momentum, and I'm engaging all the muscles in my legs instead of overstressing my quads. On reflection, I should've saved some money and used the money to get a bike fit straight away. But I'm certainly happy and prepared now to go into the start of my cycling journey! Overall, top service and great experience. Very grateful!
