What a lovely florist. The staff are so kind, responsive and understanding. During the Easter break Betty’s florist responded to my emails and phone calls. I changed the order, the dates more than once. The response was thoughtful, kind and patient. No complaints at all, an excellent customer focused company. The flowers were superb too. This is now my favourite florist. Thank you.

Amazing service. Extremely helpful and they really went out of their way to accommodate my order. The lady I spoke with was absolutely lovely as well. My friend loved the flowers which were stunning. All together an outstanding experience. Thank you Betty’s florist, I will definitely use you in future.

I just want to say a very big thank you to the amazing florist Natalie who helped me get the flowers I needed last minute for a funeral. On the day itself this Natalie went above and beyond for me, she told me to go home and get ready while she sorted the flowers out for me, Natalie later arrived outside my home doing the finishing touches to my flowers. I have never been so grateful for such a wonderful service that was provided to me at a time of need. Truly grateful & highly recommended by myself. Big thank you Petula.

I live in Canada and when our Aunty in Wales passed away, my cousin suggested using Hearts and Flowers. I'm so glad I did. I spoke briefly on the phone to Natalie and told her we wanted red and white flowers to represent our family in Canada. They did a beautiful arrangement and sent me pictures of the flowers so we could all see. She made sure it was at the funeral home in plenty of time for the service. Natalie made it very easy and was able to address all my concerns and kept in contact with me via email. She was extremely friendly and courteous on the phone. Thank you again Natalie for making sure our flowers arrived in time for my Aunty's service and for the beautiful arrangement.

Natalie was absolutely amazing from the start. I told her about the bespoke pieces that we wanted, and nothing phased her! She showed me examples of previous work, and I trusted that she could deliver on her word! She truly did! We were over the moon with the flowers for my Bamps funeral. She really does go over and above what is expected, and is so talented at what she does. Thank you so much.

Flowers were beautiful, as pictured from images I viewed on website. These were for my Mum's funeral and I was reassured that they would be delivered in plenty of time. I would definitely recommend for many other occasions and to treat myself to a nice bouquet from time to time. Thankyou Covent Garden Flowers.

I called at 730 am hoping to get a bouquet to my friend who is graduating tomorrow. A really lovely lady picked up the phone and sorted everything out for me. The flowers turned out to be so fresh and beautiful. Absolute 10/10
