On 31st July 2025 my husband and I called into H.Samuel to look at lockets and we were greeted by a very friendly sales assistant called Marina, who was very helpful and empathetic towards my circumstances. Her customer service is exceptional as she went above and beyond to help us. We highly recommend her.

I made contact with Jonathan David Jewellers by phone in the first instance. My call was handled very politely and professionally. I made arrangements to visit the shop in Cardiff. On arrival I was greeted by smiling faces and enthusiasm. My jewellery was inspected in a sympathetic and caring manner and a deal was struck. I was offered an excellent price and was paid immediately, even after my business was done, staff still engaged with me and asked after my welfare. I had a quick look around the shop, which has a fantastic ambience blending sparkle with almost forgotten style.

I never write reviews but the customer service here was truly incredible. Came in a few weeks ago to have a silver chain straightened, was a piece of family jewellery. The kindest man ever helped me, unfortunately I can’t remember his name. He genuinely made my day, and now I can go back to wearing my favourite piece of jewellery!

Excellent service! I rang for a price to sell a Brittania gold coin in the morning and called in during the afternoon. The price was the same as the morning quote. I also sold 2 gold rings. Service instore was superb - thank you. I would not hesitate to recommend Jonathan David!!
