Lovely helpful staff as always. Lucas was very informative about Birkenstocks which resulted in my sister and I both being a pair . Good shopping experience, definitely be going back.

My partner bought beautiful boots here during our holiday in Cardiff. James was incredibly helpful and welcoming and the service was beyond exceptional. Not to mention the shoes are gorgeous! James even let us stay a few minutes after closing so that we could take our time trying on and choosing the right shoes. First-class service and a great experience all round!

Another visit to my favourite shop in Cardiff. James and Steve were as welcoming as always with a coffee for myself and my wife. Really helpful advice for suitability of a shoe for a very special occasion. Couldn’t have been helpful and will post my shoes once received from the order directly to me, as I live 75 miles away. Would very much recommend.

Have bought 3 pairs of Loake shoes from these guys and will be back for more so i can get my free pair! Have recommended friends and family too. Old school gentlemens shoe shop, great customer service, make you feel like a VIP. Cant recommend highly enough!

Great service, managed to fit us in on the last Saturday before the schools were going back. Had one pair that we wanted in stock and ordered the other which arrived within a few days at no extra cost. Both granddaughters happy with their new school shoes.

The lady who served me was excellent and then the other lady who brought the shoes to me was also very helpful both were very professional Would never have had that personal touch had you would if you had ordered on line.

Went in today to look for some winter boots for my other half. We was greeted by Katy and had a look around. Katy was kind, friendly, knowledgeable and funny. She made our shopping experience much better than any other shop has done before. Great team!
