I had a great experience with Shannon & Saira today. They both provided myself and father with excellent customer service, they were patient, kind and helped us thoroughly when it came to choosing a new phone today. We managed to also use our credit to buy many new accessories with the help of Saira! Shannon patiently helped my father whilst this was happening by helping my dad set up the new phone. We had a lovely experience today and are happy with the excellent customer service today.

Shannon and Saira helped me a lot today. I came in today to set up a new contract, and Shannon was very professional and kind. She was polite throughout the process and I am extremely happy with the service they provided. Saira helped me with the accessories, advising me what's best for my phone. They were patient and very helpful today. Thank you very much.

Went in the store today to get an upgrade on my current plan. I was served by the lovely Naj she was so helpful And understanding and helped me get my new phone ordered I 100% recommend the store and the staff all brilliant thank you!!

I was travelling from Canada and needed a UK SIM to make an international call to my bank. The staff were very helpful and prices seemed reasonable.

Excellent service from very knowledgeable staff. Thanks guys !

A very professional service. Relevant questions were asked and I was given good advice as to which phone would be best suited for me. Even though they were busy, I felt like a valued customer whose time and care mattered to them. I have always found O2 staff brilliant, whether it be in Wrexham or Cardiff. Thank you on this occasion to Mohammed and the rest of the staff present.

Popped in to upgrade my phone. Jannatul helped me with the tariff and which phone to choose. I got the S24 which was the right choice. Jannatul was patient with me and didn't mind me asking questions. Excellent customer service..Thank you.

Had a problem with my sim since being transferred from Virgin Mobile. Staff were very helpful, listened to the issue and were able to fix it there and then by providing a replacement sim.
