I got my bike, a lovely Giant FastRoad AR1, through cycle to work. The initial purchase and selection of a commuting hybrid was seamless, and John knew exactly what to recommend and let me try a few bikes out. He also checked stock and lead times and walked me through the process. I got my new bike less than a year ago, and it's the perfect bike for my intended use of daily commuting, and the 1x drivetrain is perfect and simple. Sadly, I got hit by a car, and Cycle Revolution, again, went above and beyond. They put me in contact with a reputable claim company and took my damaged bike in to assess for the claim. It was deemed a write-off, and I now have a new replacement. Cycle Revolution had a replacement in stock and put it aside while the claim was progressed. John and Luke and the team at Cycle Revolution really have gone beyond what would be good customer service, and I can't thank them enough.

I bought a bike through my job's cyle to work scheme in january and, from my first phone call to the store until the bike arrived, the service and communication were perfect. It shouldn't be, but it's so rare these days for a business to get the basics right - polite staff, helpful advice, great communication, fast replies to emails and efficient and careful despatch of the product. The easiest and most presurable purchase I've made in a long time. Would highly recommend.
