Came in here today with my Mum as she wanted to purchase a new single bed. I have to say the service today was incredible, we were served by Lisa and I have to say, she was so professional and very helpful. My Mum purchased two bed bases, two headboards and a mattress, so a very happy customer GREAT SERVICE.

We had lots of help and then left alone to decide on a bed with no pressure. This is refreshing as we had walked in to many furniture shops over the last couple of weeks looking for beds and we were jumped on and not left alone being followed around. This just makes me want to walk out as I’m not good with pressure. I didn’t get this at Benson Beds.

A great experience in store even with some indecisive customers when choosing options. Scott was fantastic, full of knowledge and really helpful. Ordering process was easy and now looking forward to a new bed in a few weeks time. Thanks again to smooth process and good staff.

We were greeted warmly by Amanda who then asked what we were looking for and proceeded to show us around the store showing us numerous beds and mattresses. We were offered a drink as we wandered around. We used the sleep bed machine and we were told the results. Amanda was first class. Knowledgable of all products and helpful in every way. Once we decided which mattress we required she took us through the payment and procedures for delivery etc. She’s a credit to your company.

Hi yes had great service at dreams was seen by Ross who was extremely helpful was put on the bed to annualize the sort of mattress I needed which I found was very good indeed also was really surprised to be offered a cup of tea came home knowing I got the right mattress for me thanks to all the help from Ross so would recommend dreams to anyone and look forward to getting my new mattress and hopefully sleep better thank you Ross.

This is the second purchase made from the Colchester team and on both occasions the colleagues have been extremely friendly, knowledgable and gave me the feeling that they had as much time as we needed.

Just had our second delivery from slumbers. Loved our previous bed & mattress from them but it was time for a new mattress! Incredibly quick & free delivery. The delivery guys were quick, tidy & unpacked and took away all rubbish & the old mattress. Really impressed & would highly recommend.

Absolutely brilliant customer service from Slumbers. Ordered a new bed and headboard, was kept until we could have it in the room and made in the room for me. Excellent bed, headboard and expertise. Thank you.
