Visited the store today to purchase a ring to celebrate my special birthday. We were greeted by Lucy who was very friendly, helpful, patient & knowledgeable. She took the time to show me alternative rings and carefully explained the carats of each ring and the price - I did not feel at all pressurised to make a quick decision. Very good customer service and would definitely recommend. Came away very pleased with a beautiful ring at a very good price as it was in the sale.

I was so impressed with her knowledge and the purchase options. I bought the watch. Scott made the necessary adjustment to the strap and set the watch up. Delighted with the whole experience.
