Recently had out car written off and needed something newer in a pinch, which was awkward being between Christmas/New Year. We went to Endeavour as we needed a used car, and had heard good things about Hyundai in general. Abby greeted us as soon as we arrived and was both polite and informative from the get-go. She had no problem helping us with viewing and test driving several vehicles - even when we were incredibly indecisive! The showroom/dealership itself is fantastic, with plenty of choice and plenty of different vehicles and information on display. We mainly dealt with Abby, but all other staff we met were polite and informative - I think we had to deal with another member of staff over the phone and much the same! The whole process from first viewing to purchasing and picking up the car was seamless - Many thanks to the Abby for helping us choose a lovely car, as well as all the team at Endeavour Colchester. We would definitely use them again, and have already recommend them to family.

The trade in process was also easy and the finance taken care of without any problems or effort from us. The new car is amazing, we can’t believe how much technology has changed in four years. Buying a new car is a major financial decision and we felt that Jack respected that. He is an extremely professional frontman for Hyundai and was not like a typical “car salesman” in any way.
