I recently purchased a bike through the bike2work scheme and needed some advice and assistance. Ryan, was incredibly thorough and accommodating and listened to my queries and requests, offering a range of solutions that addressed my concerns. In comparison to other bike shops in Edi, I felt like my concerns were genuinely acknowledged and addressed rather than brushed off. The professionalism and dedication were evident as he promptly followed up with detailed answers to my questions and specific case. The timely response made me feel really valued as a customer. Really hope to continue to have this top tier level of customer experience. They have gained my trust and loyalty and I can't recommend enough. Thanks Ryan!

Great experience buying my new bike. Andrew was very patient, full of good advice and very helpful over the multiple times I was in the shop deciding what I wanted. Very pleased with my new Specialized Sirrus X. Surprised to find out 2 free services included as standard. All in all fantastic buying experience. Highly recommended.

At 74 I still love a good gravel ride. My Revolt in a great shade of red is just the ticket. Safe, great to ride and trustworthy. I use it whenever the weather isn't too bad. Old bones don't like a soaking.

I brought in a cycle a friend gave me that had been unused for a long time. I wasn’t sure if it was safe to ride. The person here did a full and thorough check and reassured me that everything was in good condition, only mentioning that it might need a service after some use. He even oiled the chain and filled the tyres, which was a great help. He was very friendly, explained everything clearly, and gave genuine advice without trying to push unnecessary work. I really appreciated the honesty and excellent customer service—definitely recommend this place.

Recently brought two bikes for servicing and bought a kids helmet here. Two great and reasonably priced services. The guys in the shop were extremely polite, friendly and knowledgeable.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. This was my first time visiting them but I will definitely be returning for all my cycling needs. Great experience overall.

Great experience renting a road bike from ProjektRide Bikes. I was visiting Edinburgh for a few days and needed to get a ride in. Great team at the shop - super friendly and helpful. Helped me plan out my ride as well. Will absolutely rent from them again when I’m back in town. Also had some great looking bikes for sale! Highly recommend checking them out.

Everything went well. We rented excellent gravel bikes for a few days’ trip in the Cairngorms National Park. The bikes were fully equipped with bags and repair tools. The team is very chill and friendly. I recommend this bike shop without any hesitation.

Lovely helpful staff. I had a problem with my front brake being too tight. (Turns out the handlbar had twisted), Fixed quickly and easily and free. Absolute godsend as i live miles away.
