I would like to thank you guys for the wonderful service you have provided. I called the office and asked if I could have a firm mattress and that I needed it on the same day. The gentleman on the phone has asked me which one I would like and proceeded to give me a list of suitable mattresses and pricess over the phone. After the purchase he assured me that I will get the mattress within an hour. 43 minutes later I had two delivery men in front of my door ready to hand over my purchased item. And for £20 which was added to the price they took my old mattress. Another headache averted. In closing I must say that I will never go anywhere else for my bed needs. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you for your service. Ps:. I was also given instructions on how to tend to the mattress so it lasts longer. 5 year warranty included. Excellent service from Andrew who explained the complexities of choosing thd right mattress, they have really good selection available to lie down on and really check out. Andrew even moved mattresses on to a base identical to the one we are buying, so we could experience how it would feel on that. He didn't pressurise us or push an expensive one, We will definitely recommend The Bed Shop to friends and family. We have ordered a lovely bed and mattress to be delivered to us, and assembled, in Ayrshire.

The customer service of everyone who helped us in Straiton Edinburgh was outstanding. Benson Beds have provided an excellent service. All the way along they kept me informed of delivery date, were exact on arrival time and the delivery team were friendly and efficient.
