My partner purchased a pair of earrings for a special birthday, but although unique and beautiful they did not work for me. It was absolutely no problem to return them and then have a perfect pair designed and made for me, to co-ordinate with an existing pendant. The process was seamless from a visit to discuss options, being sent photos of designs to choose from, seeing a mock up of the design, and finally receiving the finished article. The cost was a little more than the original, but the stones are bigger, it is of course a bespoke piece, and the difference was very reasonable. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful, and made the process an easy and pleasant one, unlike some more snooty establishments! Liam had an instinctive feel for the right design and delivered the perfect pair of earrings. I intend to return with some items for re-modelling, and that says it all.

I decided to use Liam Ross because of their excellent reviews and I was not disappointed! Liam and the team are very professional and exceptional craftsmen. The team helped me design a beautiful bespoke engagement ring which ticked all the boxes. A massive thanks to Liam and the Team.

I have had 2 pieces worked on by Liam Ross and also by Caryn. They are fantastic jewellers and nothing is too difficult. The customer service has been second to none with turn around times fantastic and the quality being superb. I had a diamond band created first upon which everyone remarks and then had a replacement blue diamond set into my engagement ring as the old aquamarine had had its day. I love my ring even more - the cut of the blue diamond was perfect and they set it in a way which is easy to clean and sparkles beautifully. They even replaced the chipped diamonds that are set alongside. Can't recommend them enough.

Daniel helped us choose a beautiful engagement ring, one that he had recently designed and had only just arrived in the shop that day as a sample. I tried on the sample ring and Daniel explained the different options we could choose to tailor the final piece. He was very attentive and we felt well looked after. The ring is beautiful and I can’t stop admiring it! I have had many compliments and we will almost certainly choose our wedding rings from him also!

My fiancé chose Daniel Henderson for my engagement ring and I couldn’t be happier! I know they provided an amazing service to him when getting ready to propose and I absolutely adore my ring! I met Sarah and Daniel recently for a resize - which they did within in a couple of hours - and they were both lovely! Such a great service and a beautiful engagement ring, 10/10 recommend.

Daniel did a fantastic job creating our engagement and wedding rings. His shop hosts a wonderful experience and whenever we’ve popped in, it’s like speaking to an old friend.
