Visited this shop today as I required help and advice with using my new Pixel phone. There had been a new update which confused me even more. (I am not very technically minded) The issues I had were rectified by Ahmed who was exceptionally patient and after fixing each problem, took the time to explain exactly what he had done to sort them out. He also said if I had any further problems not to hesitate to go back. Left the shop very happy and was impressed at how friendly and helpful all the Staff were. Excellent Customer service.

I came into this shop yesterday about 19-45 and I had a very kind gentleman called Hal that sorted my issue that I had with my phone a different class of customer service I have to say a man to very much appreciate I thought I was going to get rushed out the door because of the time no it didn't happen Hal took care of my issue without any fuss thank you very much again Hal and all the very best

Hal was the assistant who helped me upgrade my phone. His knowledge was excellent and ended up saving me a lot on my monthly payments. Best phone shop experience I've had.

Murry and his team are amazing. There were unfortunate issues setting up my contract with new Three system last summer and they worked v heard to sort. I have been in shop various times since and they are always brilliant. Today the business phone operator at Three made mistakes when trying to set up my E Sim card and I was faced with a 48 hour wait without my number working. I went in to see Murry and it was instantly fixed.

Today the business phone operator at Three made mistakes when trying to set up my E Sim card and I was faced with a 48 hour wait without my number working. I went in to see Murry and it was instantly fixed.

This was an excellent experience from start to finish. My customer care member Eirinn in the Edinburgh West Princess Street store could not have been more helpful. Very polite, knowledgeable & worked quickly after I had set a soft deadline for time allocation due to the exigency for returning to my office. She is a real credit to the store & indeed, your company. Thanks Eirinn

This place is fantastic. I needed a prepaid-minutes phone for a family member, and needed it right away. They had the perfect phone for me. The gentleman who helped me was knowledgeable and polite. As well, he set it up for me and gave me some tips; even as other customers came in, he kept helping me until I was satisfied. 5 stars.

Great wee shop. Needed a cover for my new iPhone 15 pro plus. Walked in and out with everything I needed with a screen protector on in about 10 minutes. Cheap enough too.
