Came all the way from Australia to do some Bike touring around the UK, ended up getting a flat on the first day. Joe at Evans Cycling was an absolute star and recommended me an upgrade and fit the right tyres onto my bike to get me going. Thank you Joe for everything and definitely recommend this shop for everyone. Amazing service.

I had a problem with indoor cycling shoes, I was sold the wrong product. However the Reading store could not have been more helpful on rectifying the mistake. I would especially like to thank Joe who used initiative and great customer service skills. I cannot praise his efforts to help me highly enough. I am one happy customer and would recommend them to anybody.

I popped in on the off-chance to see if they could fix my son's brakes. I was expecting a cost for the brakes and labour. Instead, they promptly fixed the brakes, without any need for new brakes. I offered to pay for their time but they just said no. Thanks guys.

We were just about to head out of the door on holiday, taking our bikes with us when we noticed that my daughter’s bike had a bent chain. We whizzed it down to A W Cycles who sorted it out within a few minutes, holiday saved, thanks so much.

My rear wheel fell off my bike when it was in my the bike rack somewhere between beckonscot and the m40. I called AW cycles and they had everything required to get my bike working perfectly in minutes. Great shop.

Riding the King Alfreds Way, stopped in for some bike supplies and advice. Lewis and the team were great. Really friendly and helpful. Got me on my way again.

My whole bike had issues, I phoned them up in which they told me to bring it down whenever, they got it fixed within 3 days and I collected it the following week. I had a minor issue or 2 with the bike in which I phoned up Berkshire cycles, they told me to come back to the shop and they fixed it for me as soon as I got there. 5 star service. Quick, efficient, cheap and friendly I recommend.

I bought a kiddies bike online for my 3 year olds birthday and messed it up while assembling it and thought there was no way back, but luckily this little gem of a shop on Loddon Bridge Road came to my rescue and had the bike assembled within an hour for the price of peanuts, such great service i would recommend.

I bought a really nice bike for my son on Saturday and we received excellent service and a great price, so I highly recommend them!.
