Aisha, the ear piercer, was very helpful and friendly after my daughter and her 2 friends descended on her late this afternoon for a trip ear piercing trip. She helped make it a very memorable experience. Thank you very much.

Totally recommend this store with friendly, welcoming staff. Lots of help, so I found exactly what I wanted and it was on offer at a good price too. Thanks.

We visited H Samuel today and honestly i came away so impressed and suprised by the high quality customer service. My daughter (7) was so excited yet nervous to get her ears pierced and Bella was absolutely brilliant. My daughter was at instant ease and the entire appointment was a lovely experience. My daughter came away so proud of herself for being brave and I honestly put that down to Bella - her calm, friendly and understanding nature is exactly what is needed for young children. I cannot thank and recommend Bella highly enough. Please send her some recognition as she really is doing a fantastic job - so much so my daughter now wants her as a big sister!

Excellent online service. Friendly informative emails. The cufflink box arrived the next day by Special Delivery. It was perfect and just what i wanted. I would not hesitate to purchase from Jacob's again. A great company with good old fashioned values.

Jacob’s took great care of my necklace. I accidentally broke the pendant in half and they fixed it in a way you can hardly see the soldering and they cleaned it so well! Jeanette was also great, she helped me pick out a lovely new chain for the necklace and helped me try out a few different gold colors and price ranges and we found one I was really happy with. She was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience.

Absolutely fabulous Jewellers. Adam and his team are knowledgeable, helpful and go above and beyond to help you in any way they can. As a family we use Jacob’s a lot. Most recently for Wedding Rings and Chain for a Gold Pocket watch. Adam personally took the time to source several chains for us to choose from which we wholly appreciated. Fantastic place all round. Cannot praise them highly enough.

The staff at this pandora are amazing. They have a good stock of jewellery, and most of it is reasonably priced. I have noticed that some of the sets are priced well above expectation, taking the individual items into account. Due to this I ended up not purchasing anything in the end.

Would just like to highly recommend Nathan at the Reading store for his customer service . I came in today to exchange a birthday gift , he couldn’t do enough to help me . So friendly and professional, a credit to the store.

Sara is amazing , One of the most lovely and sweetest colleagues there always helps me with such a positive attitude and a beautiful smile !! 1000/10.
