We had a very pleasant experience with Rick and Raf who were both very helpful when selecting our new sofa. We explained what we were looking for and Rick showed us all options that would fit the description across the full range. We came back another couple of times, speaking to Raf on both occasions, to ensure we were happy before placing the order and at no time did we feel pressured to buy. Raf also helped to advise on the choice of leather based on his experience. All in all a very positive purchase experience.

We bought a lovely and beautiful sofa from Natuzzi Italia Reading store. Shak is very patient and knowledgeable to help us to choose the colour and the sofa. He also try to help expedite the delivery time. We are very happy with his services and he’s very helpful. We enjoy very much the shopping experience and looking forward to our sofa in the new home.

Just returned from a visit to this fabulous showroom/house. As wonderful as their brochures are, nothing compares to the experience of seeing their fantastic products in situ ... We were served by Will, who is a credit to Neptune ...he was both friendly and knowledgable. I highly recommend a visit, ample parking too.

Very good showroom. Lots of lovely roomsets. The two staff members I have had the pleasure to speak to have both been so helpful and approachable. Well worth a visit.
