Great customer service from Dom .Bought school shoes & casual shoes for teenager. Dom was full of enthusiasm and knowledge about fit , purpose and care of shoes so made the experience painless and cheerful after a hard afternoon of school uniform shopping. Nice bright air conditioned shop & bonus was teenagers old shoes were taken for proper recycling at same time as he wore the new ones home. Will definitely return.

Visited Clarks in Reading, it was a great service by everyone of the team, felt welcomed and looked after. All my queries were answered as well as help with everything I needed. Shout put to Izzy the assistant store manager for going above and beyond. Thank you! Clarks is brilliant and will definitely be back to this branch again!

Took my daughter for her school shoes and amazing customer service by Faye (I think her name was). She said she’d only been there 2 weeks but she answered all of my questions and was very patient with my 4 year old. Didn’t expect to get the job done so swiftly, she is a credit to the team!

Great store, well laid out and super friendly staff! I visited a couple of weeks ago to work out what kind of boots I wanted for my birthday and the store assistant was really patient and helpful (didn't catch her name but she had an awesome book badge!). I popped in again today to get some balsam and Beth was really lovely - she gave me lots of advice on how to care for my new boots and how to wear them in. Will be visiting again!

I had a fantastic shopping experience at the DM store in Reading yesterday. I am completely new to DM’s and Holly was so helpful and patient in explaining all the different styles of boots and shoes. Vinny helped also and is clearly very knowledgeable. It was so clear that the team at Reading work well together to create a welcoming and fun atmosphere for their customers.

Staff are always super friendly and helpful. Always makes me want to come back for more docs!
