Big shout out to Andras in the Reading store. Lovely guy and has supreme knowledge of the products in store, always willing to help and find out information when needed, and just really pleasant. He's clearly passionate about what he does and helping customers, in my numerous visits to the Reading store I always enjoyed speaking to and receiving assistance from him. I would also definitely say my in-store experience was elevated with the customer service that I experienced. Andras is a professional by name and expert by nature. Keep it up! With thanks!

Best place in Reading to buy any sports equipment. Really friendly and helpful staff who assisted me with a warranty replacement. Made it a great start to my day and it's always lovely when the staff seem like they're enjoying themselves at work.

Today I visit to Decathlon Reading store where I bought standup paddle board and other sports stuff and one friendly decathlon employee Ben helped me and shared a good deal which is helpful.his management and customer handling skills are awsm…Ben, Keep it up good work!!

This is one of JD bigger outlets, spread over two floors, this sports clothing outlet has all the latest sports wear fashion and brands. The staff are friendly and helpful. JD also sells lots of different designer trainers and footwear. Located on Reading's Personalised Broad Street.

Katrina provided excellent service , in helping myself and my son find a pair of trainers . Helped with fitting and advice for him and found the right pair for our budget ! Was friendly and welcoming ! Will definitely Be returning.

Alex was really nice and he is having good sales skills. Experience was really good . Specifically in terms of guidance to select shoes for my child. Alex helped a lot to make decision. I definitely recommend JD.

Sports Directs new location store is slightly larger, and on two floors. Located next to Black Sheep Coffee, and further down Broad St Mall then its old location. Selling many sports wear brands and lines in all areas of sports inc. sports equipment and bags, clothing and shoes. On the second floor it sells a lot of professional sports equipment such as golf clubs, running shoes and garments and safety shoes and jackets. Also in this store is a "game' store. Selling latest game software, consuls and video games.

Today, everything was 50% off and the shop was exclusively for NHS staff only. It was such a great thing to do for us. And of course, they were amazing with crowd control/social distancing making it perfectly safe for everyone.

Staff were helpful and gave me the best suiting shoes to me.seemed organised and were wearing a big smile.
