Bought a bike from damn dirty bikes in September 2024 and Paul can't help you enough, he's brilliant at what he does. He also fixed my old bike up to help me sell it on. Great guy with a great bike shop. 10/10 would recommend and will be going back for maintenance and any of my bike needs!!

What a fantastic service! Lovely to find someone who is passionate about the work he does and goes above and beyond. Also well stocked shop for spares and some great deals on new bikes. Thank you Paul. Top service.

Great little shop with great gear for Bosch equipment. They were even able to sort out rear hub for which was told a complete rear wheel/motor was only available. Would fully recommend them if you have problems with all sorts of brands.

Great lad and great coffee Got me out a mess today I got two punctures on the canal and he was local so had to push bike to the shop top guy very helpful and got me back on the road within 30 mins i was so gratefull to for him.... and he didn't even a charge a premium for the emergency repairs and as he was busy. top guy and thank for today.

Needed a fair bit of work done to the bike, the staff talked me through everything that needed doing and did a superb job. The bike rides like new again. Fantastic shop, very friendly staff, good coffee and very good cycling club.

This shop is amazing! My 11yr old son always takes his bike here for air in tyre's or loose bolts and the guys there always do it for free. Top guys!

THE ELECTRIC BIKE SHOP REVIEWS

Now that EBS is the only substantial ebike retailer in reach of Birmingham city centre (I live in Handsworth), I'm pleased and relieved they are so good. I'm 80 and switched to electric recently as challenges in parts of the country were becoming more like ordeals. My Cube 500 step through eats hills alive - it's a bit of a 'monster'. I take it on trains and have enjoyed the ascents and tracks of the Forest of Dean with my dog Pip who travels in the 'boot' - as also on the main and back roads and lesser hills of Birmingham. EBS sold it to me and have since maintained and performed various small repairs with efficiency and good will. I plan to pass on the ebike I have now to my daughter and buy myself a less powerful one in a few months and will use the friendly staff on the EBS network to explore my options.

A massive thankyou to Paul the General Manager and his staff at the Birmingham shop. I purchased my first electric bike and delt with Will and Niki, nothing was too much trouble and I found the whole team very knowledable, friendly and very customer focused. Will talked me through all my options and all the features and benefits of the bikes I was interested in. The whole experience was great and their aftersales backup including the free service at 175 miles is second to none! You guys have won me over with your professionalism, keep up the good work I would not go anywhere else now. Thanks again guys, one very happy customer.

Great selection of E bikes and E mtb's Staff are friendly and share there knowledge on the large range of products on offer and all accessories needed. From entry level to elite spec bikes and at prices few others can match.
