Had to wait ages for the bed. A couple of months and when it arrived it wouldn't go up the stairs. The delivery men were wonderful. They tried and tried and we were thinking it would have to be returned bit they wouldn't give up. They got tools from the van and took the bed to pieces, took it up the stairs, reassembled it and fitted the headboard. All above and beyond what they should have done. So kind. And the bed is really, really comfy. I should mention the shop staff too. Very attentive and helpful. Not at all pushy. Helped me find the perfect bed for me.

Bensons for Beds were very efficient all the way through the purchase and delivery process, confirming the delivery arrangements both by text and telephone. The drivers of the delivery van were bang on the time they said they would arrive. The only hiccup was that the drivers weren't aware that they had to assemble our divan, but we were able to show them proof that we had paid for this service and the divan was duly assembled without any quibbles.

Communication was excellent and the right bed was delivered on the right day to the right place. How much more can you ask from a delivery.

It was our first visit to the Loaf store and we were very impressed. The store was bright , airy and clean and all the staff were so helpful and friendly. We were helped by Adele and Pete, who were both lovely and fantastic at their jobs. They made the ordering of our furniture very easy and stress free. The furniture is gorgeous . We will definitely be purchasing more items in the near future.

Staff at Solihull Loaf were very friendly and helpful. The shop is well laid out and an enjoyable experience. Staff on the helpline were not so helpful! They seemed to lack experience and let the store down - luckily we had already been to the Solihull store once and were equally impressed on both visits. We await our furniture and so cannot yet comment on the complete process!

Mariam at Solihull was brilliant and patient taking me through all my options for a sofa bed. She showed me how to change the sofa to a bed and back again, and allowed me to try it for myself. She guided me to the right model, given my choices and preferences.
