Fabulous service from the guys in Shirley retail park, Solihull. Manager and Kyushi they were fantastic, so helpful. Highly recommended and first class ambassadors for Furniture village A small note: it would be helpful if you had a policy for vulnerable people. Where you could expedite at least one piece of the sofa ordered for people who like me are disabled and currently having to sit on a kitchen chair due to flooding waiting for a sofa for 13 weeks! This is not good. I understand from your store that this can no longer be done though I did ask but did not explain my circumstance Thank you

Served by Kush. Not pushy and very helpful with his suggestions as we were choosing 3 piece suite. FV have always been a good company to deal with and we’ve had 2 dining tables and wall art in the past, hopefully the settee and chairs will be as good

I used Liv's a couple of years ago for finishing touches to my rustic offices and they were incredible than - helpful flexible and the chairs and accessories we bought are just as beautiful today. This is my first experience of their online service and I have to say it is just as impressive - the communication, friendly helpfulness and speed with which everything was handled was brilliant. this time I bought a few candles, mugs and ornaments - all arrived well packed and exceeded website descriptions and pictures. Thank you guys I'm enjoying my purchases.

Brilliant service from Liv's. We ordered a bench for our dining table which we had to wait a little while for but were kept informed throughout. Delivery was prompt and on time and again we were informed when our item would be with us. The delivery drivers were friendly and very helpful, carrying the item in and removing the packaging. Very happy with our bench.

Very happy with my bespoke desk from Liv's. Made to my exact requirements for my home office needs. Hand delivered and installed where I wanted it. One chuffed customer.

Friendly welcome in the Solihull showroom. Great quality products displayed in a spacious environment. Fabio in Sales was knowledgeable and showed us what we wanted. Two pieces of furniture ordered within 30 minutes, all very efficient. Free coffee for us and hot chocolate for the kids provided too. Products are great value for money, the stuff is very well made.

Really good customer service, they even drove me to the bank as there was not one near by. They made us feel really welcomes great place to shop. Thank u very much.

very nice place friendly staff. The staff are a bit too eager to get the sale from you they try every trick in the book. from the outside it looks a little bit dated . I didn't see any wheelchair access either to get upstairs.
