Lovely large, well stocked clothing, footwear, handbags and jewellery shop. The range of goods are up to the mark - fashion-wise, but not so ott that most age ranges cannot find a pretty blouse or trendy jumper to wear etc. New Look clothing is, I feel, really fashionable. I do like their purses and handbags, and what a range of trendy and modern shoes! The prices are very much affordable for most purses - so it's always worth a good mooch in there. The staff are lovely, and always customer friendly. Well done, New Look!

Love it, great store, always looks clean and tidy. On more than one occasion the staff have helped with style and fashion decisions but not in a just say yes way or monetary minded, genuine opinions which are helpful and welcome.

Visited the Solihull branch today and got served by the lovely Sally. As soon as she saw customers waiting she opened a till immediately. Sally was also very helpful in helping me access my membership ID on my H&M app. What I loved about her the most is how attentive and caring she was towards my children.
