I really recommend this shoe shop for little ones, I had a lovely assistant called Rachael, really helpful, she got the sizing & fit just right. I also purchased the leather kit to help the shoes last longer. I’m also grateful that this store is still offering the old shoe recycling scheme. Many Thanks to all the hard working staff in Clarks, considering it was busy you all did a great job.

I was served by Ewan B yesterday who is an absolute credit to your store. He was so sincere and helped me find the right shoes for me. His customer service was second to none. So much so that this is the first review I've ever done and I'm in my 50s. Was nice meeting you Ewan.

I visited after work yesterday afternoon, not realising there was a big sale event on. Even though it was nearly closing time, Belle didn't rush me at all and was very helpful getting me the shoes I wanted to try on. She gave great advice, and then I was well taken care of by Grace who placed my order for me. Both are a credit to the store, they were so polite and attentive despite how busy the store was.

Today, I had the pleasure of being served by a lovely young man named Awais, if I recall correctly. He not only provided me with valuable advice on shoes but also exhibited kindness and chattiness throughout the interaction. I wholeheartedly endorse this store based on the outstanding service delivered by its exceptional employees like Awais.

Went to the store on the 19th April, eventhough the item wasnt available staff here were very friendly and helped with any questions.

If you are willing to give it the time I'm sure you will find a bargain even if it isn't what you were looking for. Everything I've bought there was great quality and the deals are worth checking. Got 3 pairs of boots for £55 last time, just awesome!

Amazing outlet based in Shirley. Pay over the phone items reserved and pick up when you can. Also great staff and large variety of footwear and bags.

Always brilliant service and a bargain to be had - ladies who work in there are wonderful - highly recommend.
