The aim is to deliver a high standard of professional care with caring and dedicated staff in an accessible and friendly environment. They welcome all breeds of dogs and cats. They have 8 'purpose-built' grass paddocks, believing their "late night" exercise is essential, as dogs are cleaner, happier and more contented. Pets are kept cool in summer, and heating is on 24 hours a day in winter. Music is played to calm pets, and DAP is used to calm very nervous animals.
