VILLAGE HOTEL HULL REVIEWS

I checked in Village hotel as a sole women for a leisure night away. All the staff were very welcoming and helpful. There was no judge of being on my own. I accessed the gym and the swimming facilities which were all clean and spacious. The Jacuzzi was unavailable and under repair. Breakfast was freshly cooked and I will be returning again. Thank you

No Complaints here... The Staff are Amazing! Especially Ian, Helen & Georgia. Nothing was too much & Ian made us feel really special! We will definitely be returning to The Village Hull.

Really clean and tidy. Very spacious, lots of areas to study in relax or work. Friendly staff with positive and pleasant attitudes. Medium noise level which was lovely.

I do really love this place. Stayed over on the 8th, lovely room. Extremely clean and big, can't fault it. The checking In staff are lovely and the staff in the bar area we attentive and polite. Only one dissappoinent as We didn't receive our breakfast in bed. When told the staff as we were leaving, she didn't really have much to say about it. Never mind, I'm hoping we will still give it another try as I did like the place for an overnight stay.

Amazing customer service from all the staff we interacted with. Rooms are spacious, beds are comfy, great bathroom with nice toiletries. Bar food was lovely and fab cocktails. Also breakfast buffet was well worth it! Really good choice with better quality ingredients then your average. Overall great atmosphere in this hotel. Good price and value for money. I would recommend this hotel if you are staying in Hull above the others.

Just had a great stay at the Hilton and what made it even better was the service we received at breakfast. Tomy the supervisor was fantastic and a definite asset to this hotel. She made going for breakfast a pleasure. The food was excellent, the room was perfect, we will definitely stay again.

Another fabulous stay - all the staff feel like family. Bedrooms are comfy and spotless - all public areas immaculate. The dining areas are relaxed and the menus are extensive. Sadly due to the poor weather we couldn't sit out on the terrace but the views of the Marina are beautiful even from inside. We traveled with a guest who has severe food allergies and were very well and safely catered for - with robust processes in place. - thank you Chef ! An excellent customer experience with engaged, friendly and committed staff who go the extra mile to ensure an enjoyable stay. We can't wait to return !

Absolutely beautiful location, view, rooms and staff. Couldn't knock any part of the stay from beginning to end. You get what you pay for but on this occasion, I think we got the better end of the deal. I would have expected to pay a bit more for the room, drinks and food. Breakfast was also beautiful. Thank you.

I've stayed at this hotel a few times whilst visiting clients nearby. All the staff are so friendly. The food is always good, and the attention to detail the staff put into dealing with food allergies is second to none! I've stayed in many IHG properties and the staff at this hotel are the best i've come across.
