HARVESTER GHILLIES LAIR ABERDEEN REVIEWS

As always a 10/10 experience here! Our server Steven was so friendly, despite there being an issue where refill drinks were unavailable he offered alternatives for us, he was so patient with my 88 year old granny as she ordered and was so attentive. The lady who I believe was the manager was also so chatty and friendly. The food was delicious, we went for the 2 course deal and were so pleased, we had the dirty burger (which was HUGE), the haddock and the battered halloumi and it all arrived super hot and so quickly, as did our desserts. We always go here when my parents visit from outside Aberdeen and have yet to be disappointed.

Surprisingly wonderful! We’re quite fussy to eat, I don’t eat anywhere I see dirt, I don’t like meat much and my husband is gluten allergic but we love this place. Big menu. It’s like an American Dinner but Scottish. Meat fish and chicken in the menu plenty of deserts just yummy. Ah and free salad conquer our heart only thing is it could have some pastries and more breakfast stuff.

Steven is a very nice guy, he quickly took a dirty plate after my meal, asked if I liked it and if I wanted anything else. He offered dessert and coffee. 5 stars for this gallant boy. Good manners. Food amazing. Highly recommended.

My boyfriend and I came here tonight for a meal and we were blown away by the service and the food was both exceptional! I had the bang bang cauliflower, which was a little too spicy for my taste but it was delicious none the less, and my boyfriend had the creamy mushrooms and they were also delicious. Our server came to collect the plates and inform us that our mains were ready. The speed of service was excellent, the staff were very attentive especially Weronika and Konrad.

Just down the road from home, this pub that serves meals was great for lunch today the was a group of us who pre-choose their dish in advance., all well excellent and come out hot. Good service and pleasant staff. My salmon was very much more full of flavour than one I had at a speciality restaurant . Several friends had the mix grill which was very good too.

Called in for lunch after a walk around old Aberdeen and Seaton park. The place was immaculate. There was a good selection of drinks and food. Our waitress Leah was great friendly and helpful. We had crispy cauliflower bites, the mini grill which wasn’t mini and onion rings. The food came out quickly and we’ll presented.

Decided to book for an evening meal on a recent trip to Aberdeen. The atmosphere is relaxed and the staff are professional and attentive. Our main courses were both of high quality and freshness. The waitress allowed me to swap bacon for black pudding on my burger, which was appreciated. Our desserts were equally good, which rounded off a great evening. Highly recommended.

Came for Sunday lunch and had the roast beef, meat was cooked to absolute perfection, so tender. All the trimmings including crispy roastie, a giant Yorkshire pudding and delicious gravy, the best roast I've had for a long time. Excellent value for money. Service was quick and non intrusive. 10/10 all round.

Went the for Sunday lunch. Our main server was Calum and he was so nice and friendly. Food was amazing, got the honey chilli wontons and the braided fig burger. 10/10 would recommend.
