The Pump Room Restaurant was built at the beginning of 1790. The Restaurant is open every day for breakfast, lunch and its popular afternoon tea. Their menus are created using the freshest, highest quality, local ingredients and crafted by the beautiful West Country area by Searcy's Executive Chef, Mark Pearson. It opens in the evening for late tea and dinner during certain times of every year (Easter, July, and August). There is also a chance to enjoy exclusive torchlit terrace dining during December.
