WAGAMAMA REVIEWS
The food here was great but what really stood out was the service rendered by the manager Nat. She was super knowledgeable and took great care to check every item we ordered against my allergies. The level of care towards allergies is impressive and for someone who has food allergies, I have never felt more taken care of. 2 thumbs up!
I have eaten here so many times and it never fails to impress. The food is always hot, fresh and delicious. Sometimes the wait can be a little long, but it is always worth it. The staff here are amazing. Two members of staff who have been especially wonderful in serving me and my friends when eating here are Oscar and Callum.
As someone with a beef and seafood allergy it's normally really hard for me to feel safe ordering out, but the managers personally take any allergy orders and make sure everything comes out correctly and it was some of the best service I've ever had.

Robun embodies the essence of Japanese culinary excellence, offering a contemporary interpretation of Yakiniku, the art of grilling meat, seafood, and vegetables over a traditional robata charcoal fire. Their menu boasts a diverse array of delectable offerings, encompassing sushi, sashimi, tempura, gyoza, and bao buns. Rooted in Japanese culinary tradition yet infused with inspiration from the dynamic modern Japanese restaurant scene in the UK, Robun collaborates with a specialized supplier to procure sustainably sourced, exceptionally fresh fish of the highest quality. Each course is thoughtfully presented by their head chef, guiding diners through a journey that starts with tantalizing small plates like Wagyu Beef Tataki and Soft Shell Crab and culminates in signature dishes such as Black Cod and Lamb Cutlets. For a one-of-a-kind experience in the heart of Bath, their Afternoon Tea reimagines the classic fare, replacing sandwiches with sushi and scones with bao buns.

ROBUN REVIEWS
Michelin guide did not disappoint with this restaurant. With two separate seating areas, one darker with a moodier setting and the other with a light and more elegant setting. From the excellent service always available to the incredible presentation and flavour of food, I can highly recommend this restaurant. The restaurant is inspired from Japanese BBQ from the early 1900s with many options coming straight from the BBQ. There are a lot of more tradition dishes like sushi, bao buns and gyozas, and some show stoppers like the Yuzu Ponzu Wagyu beef which was incredible. Prices are well within reason and I was gracious to receive a free glass of prosecco with my meal due to a special occasion. The restaurant goes above and beyond with both service and food.
Love this place! It’s on the expensive side, but truly a treat. I had one “off day” here where the food seemed less fresh and a couple of the ingredients I expected in my normal order were missing but otherwise always a good experience.
We went for my friends leaving do! Lovely ambience. Amazing food and service. Unique and high quality Japanese food. Thank you for looked after us very well.

Itsu is a Japanese restaurant with an Asian-inspired theme, dedicated to offering reasonably priced, nourishing meals crafted from high-quality ingredients. They emphasize values such as respect, precision, and passion in their culinary creations. Itsu operates as a Japanese counter-service and takeaway chain specializing in sushi, salads, and noodle dishes. Instead of underpaying their dedicated and skilled employees, they prioritize compensating them as generously as their budget allows. Their network of adept suppliers throughout Japan, Korea, China, and Vietnam celebrates age-old culinary techniques and artisanal craftsmanship. These traditions are not only honoured in their orchid-filled restaurants worldwide but also reflected in the dishes they serve. Itsu's menu is rich in protein, with approximately 40% of it being plant-based. It's packed with fresh vegetables, vitamins, fibre, and an abundance of flavours. ITSU REVIEWS
Probably one of my favourite sushi places in Bath. It’s very reasonably priced. The food is always fresh and delicious. Ordering is so easy on the kiosk machines, it even shows the allergens in each dish they have. Definitely worth going!
Lovely settings and good prices food. Love the spicy vegan udon noodles and the Green tea. Lots of choices for vegans and good portions.food is served piping hot and hits the spot. Loads of seating in the back and pleasant decor. Also good selection of teriyaki, siricha and soya sauces. Vegetarian options: Veggie options Dietary restrictions: Vegan options.
Amazing customer service, I believe the staff member who served us was called Shaun. He was super welcoming & helpful, we were very indecisive as to what we wanted to order - he was very patient with us & made suggestions on popular dishes, etc. Great food - will definitely be back!
