We went for breakfast today. The restaurant was reduced in size in a strategic way. This kept the service area smaller and in my opinion made the atmosphere better. It gave the few staff who were on shift the ability to manage the floor better and the atmosphere was much improved as a result. When it got busier the additional areas were used. Food was good. The tall gent replenishing items was really polite and very much funny also. Bacon was super duper cooked aha so exceptional crispy, however, value for money £6.49… you cannot complain! Besides that everything was great. As expected. We then saw the funny TikToks hereafter which did make us laugh :). We also noted the main carvery has only increased £3 in six years which is pretty amazing given the rate of inflation. So we will be back for evening food as again that represents value for money :)

I had the pleasure of visiting this spectacular carvery, a tad bit hot but what do you expect in this weather, nonetheless the food was exceptional, the staff were friendly especially Charlotte, Katie and our carver Robin, excellent vocabulary and carving skills. A credit to your business, I shall be back tenfold.

Our first visit to this restaurant and most of us had the carvery. The food was very good and all fresh (nothing had been sat there a while). The staff were extremely polite, built rapport easily and couldn’t do enough for us.

THE SWAN HOLME REVIEWS

Due to an unexpected need to stay overnight in Lincoln tonight, I found The Swan Holme on the Search For Sights app. They have a lovely large car park next to the lake,which was perfect for us to stay in our motorhome On arrival the staff were all very friendly and helpful. We were made to feel very welcome and both had a delicious meal in a lovely environment. Definitely recommend this excellent pub.

Excellent service, I mentioned my potatoes were a little hard and less than 5 minutes later they came with a fresh new plate of food for me. Totally not needed and some fresh potatoes would have been fine but excellent service and food was lovely.

Lovely place, very cosy! Very clean too. Felt welcomed, all the staff were very polite. Had a waitress called Ishka who was absolutely brilliant and attentive. 100% recommend, will definitely go back. Loved that they welcome dogs!

Following a slight crisis as we were about to leave, I would like to extend my thanks to the rest of the team at Harvester, Lincoln, for their professionalism and support in dealing with the situation. Well done to you all and thank you so much for everything you did to help. Truly amazing.

Eleanor was great server, very polite and happy! Food was lovely-both meat and vegan options were good! Atmosphere was relaxing and calm. Thank you for a lovely date night!

We had a very nice meal here for my partners birthday. We both had the original combo and it was delicious. Both the chicken and ribs were very tender. Salad bar was great as usual. Sat by the window looking out on the Brayford Wharf.
