We had a superb afternoon tea. Excellent service from the many staff who ensured we were well looked after. Bottomless tea to drink and the option of another premium hot drink as well. We were given some snacks whilst we waited for the afternoon tea to arrive on the cake stand. Well presented. We can see why they won an award for the best afternoon tea in the West Midlands.

All I can say is WOW !!! I had a VIP afternoon tea and it was Amazing you must try this. Everything was perfect from the large selection of tea's to the gorgeous sandwiches to the scrumptious cakes. Staff are lovely and attentive. I suggest that you have to go there very hungry because you will not finish it. But they box up what you don't have to take home. I will soon be back......

Visited for a baby shower. Staff are very attentive, and the food is well presented. Excellent gluten free options. The photos on review are of the gluten free afternoon tea.

We found Ghale’s Cafe be a very child friendly and welcoming venue with lots of good food options catering for a variety of dietary requirements. The food and drinks are good quality and this is one of the best cafes in the area. Fast Service, amazing ambience very friendly staff.

Great place for a weekend brunch! Sometimes the place gets busy and you might have to wait a bit longer than usual, but their food is worth waiting. Very friendly staff!

So far it's a 5 without starting. Real geek taking photos, if the girls can meet the friends here, must be good. There is a photo of Slade on the wall, how cool is that!

I had a warm welcome & an amazing meat feast of a breakfast- all gluten free & great value!! I was on my own too & the owner came over to chat to me, such welcoming staff & lovely atmosphere!! Dietary restrictions: Im coeliac but this was not a problem re breakfast available.

We’ve do a few building jobs in the area over the last couple of years and used the cafe next door thinking it would be more suited to us because brook looks posh, how wrong were we. Food is amazing and bang on time, thanks for looking after us.

Amazing food and the cakes all home made! Good quality ingredients and fairly priced which is refreshing in this day and age. Really friendly staff too.
