One of the best places I've ever eaten from. The food there is just amazing. The staff are welcoming and friendly. The seating is very nice and organised. Amazing service, food gets made fast. Thank you everyone at The Island House.

Deliciously crispy fish and battered chips! Fried chicken is perfectly seasoned with a great, crispy batter. Not to mention the generous portions and vast selection of sauces available. Best chippy in the area with amazing service.

Excellent as always, impeccable food at great prices. Cannot wait to keep exploring the menu, and staff are super friendly.

Genuinely brilliant food at a very respectable price, would recommend to anyone, despite the lack of area to eat in it is brilliant food and i really like the food.

Great choice on the menu, delicious food, lovely staff who are always friendly. Highly recommend.

No complaints, Fish and Chips were 10/10. Usually big queues on weekends and some evenings, however this goes down fairly fast and is definitely worth the wait. Thanks guys.

Great chip shop. They serve battered and unaltered chips. The staff are always polite and you can pay by card if orders are over £5 Also, the food doesn't taste to oily or fried.

Good prices and tasty food. Mini Fish Special (with Curry Sauce) and a can of Coke £5.80. Fast service too, will be visiting again soon.

I’m a young person that works here currently, I saw someone else’s review that said the place treats young workers like trash and exploits them but I have been treated really well. All the other staff are friendly and sweet, the working hours fit with my afterschool times, and the occasional free food at the end of the day is a bonus. My dad sometimes orders from this chippy and the battered sausages, and chips, are really tasty especially.
