We could not be more pleased with the service, quality and experience that we had with Julie. Julie was so helpful when it came to discussing and making decisions about our wedding cake. We went for a two tier Victoria sponge with cookies & cream, caramel & choc chip and lemon cupcakes. We had so many compliments on the day about how delicious the cakes were. We could not fault the quality or presentation. We would highly recommend to anybody.

Julie made our amazing three tier wedding cake last month. We had Victoria sponge, chocolate and lemon flavoured tiers - which were all so tasty! Julie delivered the cake to our venue and set it up and communication was easy in the run up. We had lots of compliments on how good the cake tasted and how beautiful it looked! Would highly recommend.

I can't begin to describe how satisfied I am as a customer.. The cakes are out of this world.. sooo light and creamy, extraordinary flavours and really nice decorations.. Staff is very friendly and helpful as well.. I'm just sorry we haven't discovered them sooner!

I could not speak more highly of the staff at CakeBox, Southbourne. With just a couple of weeks notice they produced a wonderful three tier wedding cake for my son's wedding. It was delicious . They delivered it on time on Bank Holiday! I Thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent service and cakes .

Amazingly fresh cakes, perfect for any occasion. Highly recommended especially for those who need egg free cakes.

While wandering through Bournemouth, we stumbled upon this delightful café and patisserie. The woman tending the bar greeted us with warmth and was incredibly helpful. The place boasts an extensive selection of homemade cakes, savory pastries, ice cream, and baklava. The coffee was enjoyable, but the highlight was the chocolate mousse cake, which was the best I've ever had. Additionally, there are a few tables outside for those who prefer to enjoy their treats in the open air.

Heard from a friend about Banoffee patisserie. So ordered a hazelnut cake for my boss's 25 anniversary. The staff was friendly when taken the order and when I collected. Let me tell you, the cake was a big hit!!!! Everybody loved it and asked where is it from. The price was not expensive at all! I was very happy with the experience in there. The cake was delicious!!!! Thank you! And will be back for another 1 next week!!!! We had another cake as well. I just can say that it is worth every penny.... And today just picked up the third cake from them!!!! Brilliant!!! Love it.

If only I could give more than 5 stars. Visted here 3 or 4 times during my stay and not once was I disappointed. This place is just amazing. Ice Cream full of flavour. Milkshakes are perfect, not thick and sickly like most places. Cakes are delicious. Smoothies are also really nice, great way to get the day started. Savoury options are tasty too. I didn't get a chance to ask but I think everything is made inhouse judging by the freshness and taste.
