THE ICING ON THE CAKE REVIEWS

Having got married on a cliff in San Diego we ordered our UK wedding reception cake to look like the cliff. It surpassed our expectations! The chocolate cake is the best I've had in a long time. Personally, I found the vanilla sponge a bit too sweet but my husband loves it so that's down to personal taste. Fantastic service, delivered to the venue with great care. They have definitely gained a customer for life.

My family have been getting cakes from icing on the cake for as long as I can remember. There chocolate cake is my all time favourite. I purchased a cake of my boyfriends car and it is absolutely incredible and far surpassed all expectations. The attention to detail is amazing and the styling of that car and cake is perfect.

I was absolutely delighted with my birthday cake. The decoration was everything I had asked for and more besides. The cake was delicious too (carrot cake). I couldn't recommend The Icing on the Cake highly enough.

Best cakery in Stockport - hands down!!! Super place to come for a cake and a coffee and to shop for Vegan essentials. Super friendly owner, always happy to have a chat but best of all makes the most delicious cakes!! We always come here for our Vegan cakes - even making a special trip to Stockport just to buy some cakes! A hidden gem and worth the visit every time!

Fantastic place! Amazing cakes, great savoury food and lovely owners. This is what the New Stockport is all about. Ordered a carrot cake for a family party, it was unbelievable and everyone loved it, vegans and non-vegans. Definitely one of the best cakes I've ever had. Thank you very much and see you soon.
