I am writing to express my appreciation for Barbara, who has consistently provided outstanding service at Mercedes-Benz Birmingham. Barbara is not only exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable, but she also serves every customer with a warm smile and genuine kindness. Her professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction make every visit to your dealership a pleasant experience. Barbara’s positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile are truly commendable.

We visited the showroom and were immediately greeted with a friendly and welcoming Debi Harvey. She was very professional and helpful which was such a refreshing change from recent experiences in our local dealership in Surrey. We had travelled a long way and the trip had been successful. She also gave us some great suggestions on how to spend our afternoon locally before heading home, which made the whole day very enjoyable.

My wife and I called in on spec to view an E class, the place was very smart and welcoming, we were greeted on arrival and offered a coffee whilst they found a salesman to assist us. Bal was very nice and helpful finding the exact car we wanted to test drive straight away. Excellent place.

Came here to sort out a radio problem with my Peugeot. Mary and Jess looked after me while I waited my turn to see Matt on the customer service desk. Very friendly people here, I was treated to a hot chocolate while I waited... Top notch There are some stunning cars on offer here... Mixed showroom with Citroen Matt was happy to book my car in and even arranged free collection from home... Top bloke.. very professional. Very pleased with the service so far from these guys... I will add more once the car is fixed and I've been a 2nd time

We came into the showroom to collect our brand new 5008, Rafat looked after us. Rafat was brilliant from start to finish - although this was the first time we’d met him, his customer service was 10/10. We love our car and will definitely recommend Rafat to anyone looking to purchase a new car. A very well done!

The experience we had when visiting this dealership at Peugeot Birmingham central was brilliant. We saw Aaron Neal regarding a new 2008 and he was so helpful and friendly, he made the whole process stress free and we look forward to collecting our new 2008 model soon.
