We purchased an Ottoman Bed with a Double Corus 1000 Mattress approx 18 months ago. The Mattress started getting lumpy for some reason. Staff at The Bed Warehouse arranged to inspect the mattress and within 3 days they reached out to the manufacturer with photographs, who in turn have agreed to send a brand new mattress. Sales staff have given fantastic after sales service, communicating excellently and my wife and I will definitely be making more purchases from The Bed Warehouse. Thanks again.

Had a wonderful experience here today. Both ladies were fantastic and had a wealth of knowledge. We didn’t feel pressured to buy and once we were ready we were confident we’d made the right decision with their help. We came here from Bensons and were astounded by the difference in service, price and product quality. So pleased with our purchase, thank you for making it a wonderful stress free experience

We ordered a super king size mattress from these good folks a fortnight ago delivered this morning. Superb service and great advice in store. Much better customer service than Dream's. And the delivery guys were great no moaning about taking the old mattress down or making the among when they struggled taking the new mattress upstairs. I can not recommend these people high enough.

My visit to Dreams in Erdington was a great experience. I made a circuit of the showroom looking for a new mattress without any pressure from the sales staff. When I had finished, I was approached by one of the salesmen whose name was Richard. I had found a mattress which was to my liking. Richard got me to try a few mattresses while he assessed how I lay. He then took me to an amazing computer controlled mattress which measures my natural sleeping position and suggests a range of mattresses that would suit me. I was delighted to see that the mattress I had chosen was among the suggestions. Richard is very knowledgeable about the products on offer and made my whole purchase experience most pleasurable. I went to Dreams on the recommendation of a friend and I too will be recommending them to people I know.

The shopping experience was lovely & Claire was one of the most help assistants we have encountered, from offering tea or coffee, to her broad knowledge of mattresses. Our son is extremely happy with the double bed purchased on the day & is looking forward to taking delivery.

Dealt with Tracey who was great. Allowed us plenty of time to try out different mattresses based upon the electronic bed analysis. No pressure to buy on first visit. Came back a week later when sale was on and got a good deal.
