Absolutely first class customer service at it's best, planning a surprise proposal I had no idea or advice on what looking for an engagement ring would be like, after trying a couple of different shops in the area and being left cold around the experience I went into Hockley jewellers and within minutes I knew they would be the ones I was buying from, they were extremely attentive, friendly, knowledgeable and engaging. The selection they offer is fantastic and the turn around time to make the ring and do any adjustments is within days. Recommend these to anyone and would 100% use again.

I recently visited this jewelry store, and I was absolutely impressed by the warm reception I received. I explained that I am new to the world of gemstones and was looking to purchase my first precious stones. The staff welcomed me with great hospitality, taking the time to show me various gemstones, cuts, and options. I ultimately chose some stunning blue topaz stones. I am incredibly grateful for their excellent service and advice, which allowed me to make my purchase with complete confidence. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for quality and a welcoming experience!
