KINGS HEATH PET CENTRE REVIEWS

Visited here with a friend who wanted a pet. They have a lovely selection to choose from and they all seemed well looked after. They have a section for pet food too. The prices aren't too bad neither and they have accessories to go with it. The parrot is quite tame and playful. I'm not sure if it's there though.

The friendliest and most helpful staff - they consistently greet you with a smiley welcome and have such great advice when we were new puppy owners, and dog health guidance. Great variety of high quality products and reasonable prices. Joy to visit every time.

I love this place. It has everything for every pet. At the back they sell Rabbits, birds, snakes, Guinea pigs, and lots of other animals birds and fish. You don't even need to buy anything you can just ooh at the baby bunnies.

I went to Just For Pets Northfield, to discuss the pros and cons of changing my dog's food from dry to raw. The customer service that I received from Hazel, was excellent. Her knowledge of the subject and the instructions that she wrote out for me, made the whole process of transitioning to raw food very clear and easy.I have visited this store on several occasions for various items and highly recommend it to anyone seeking first rate service.

We love our visits to Just For Pets. Rupert has been visiting since he was a puppy in arms and loves going in to see the staff, have a sniff and pick his treats. When you have a dog on a raw diet it's an invaluable place to have just around the corner. The staff are always welcoming and friendly and did a great job fitting his harnesses. Thank you.

It is such a lovely shop, always clean, tidy and well stocked. It is my dog's favourite spot, he cannot resist going there every time we are passing by. We will not let us go home without popping in for a snack.

If I could give 10 stars I would this store is absolutely brilliant but even better than the products the staff are amazing, always very happy and ready to help, they offer you help all the time if you get lost looking for anything, they know alot about animals so any questions are answered the guy had a notebook with all nutritional information on all the foods they sell and look on your app for discounts, they really go above and beyond at this store and after visiting a fair few this sheldon branch outshine them all.

Fab staff, were great with recommending fish that would love happily together and what we'd need. All the fish are happy, healthy and doing well... The guppies are incredibly colourful, constantly moving and make for a lively aquarium. We brought a Molly fish that the assistant mentioned might be pregnant, she popped out a few babies a week ago and they are doing well. It was a good thing we had a big tank. All in all a lovely experience and we are enjoying the new additions!

I have just been in to buy Bobby a harness. Anish was very helpful and attentive. This is my nearest Pets at Home and have always had excellent service from all staff no matter when I have been in or required advice. Keep up the good work!
