3 Best Clothing Stores in Birmingham, UK

I had been going in to Primark in Birmingham high street over a period of 2 weeks.Asking staff for a pair of boots i was always told to come in the next day but the boots was never there.I came in to store on the 8th of September on a sunday morning and looked and there was no sign of the boots again after being told to come in.I asked a male staff member by the name of Suki and explained what had been happening.He took the boot and went and looked in the stockroom which other staff had not done.He came back and told me they did not have my size but they would be in on the monday.I explained i would be at work he told me he would hold a pair for me at the custom Lab as he works there.I went back in the next day thinking he would of forgot i went straight to the custom Lab i asked him and he had saved me a pair of boots.I was very surprised. i thanked him.But i would like to once again say thank you very much Suki i really appreciated what you did .Primark this man deserves some kind of recognition.He went above and beyond for me his customer service ,politeness ,willing to help me was 5 star and he is a credit to him self and Primark thank you very much Suki.

Biggest Primark Ive been putting off going here as I remember the old Primark in city centre was always jam packed and no space to move without bumping into someone. This one is much more better and calmer I think it's 4 floors lots of ranges and variety's was nice inside and not over crowded which I thought it would be very spacious floors . Counters and changing rooms on every floor from what I remember. Nice sitting places with the cafes and you can refill your water bottle at the refillable water stations. Nice and clean and staff are nice and friendly. 10/10 I will definitely be going back .

Strategic location, can easily find it from Birmingham Moor street station. Prepare to spend at least 1 hour to look around, many bargains. Don't miss this place, worth to visit.
