I had been going in to Primark in Birmingham high street over a period of 2 weeks.Asking staff for a pair of boots i was always told to come in the next day but the boots was never there.I came in to store on the 8th of September on a sunday morning and looked and there was no sign of the boots again after being told to come in.I asked a male staff member by the name of Suki and explained what had been happening.He took the boot and went and looked in the stockroom which other staff had not done.He came back and told me they did not have my size but they would be in on the monday.I explained i would be at work he told me he would hold a pair for me at the custom Lab as he works there.I went back in the next day thinking he would of forgot i went straight to the custom Lab i asked him and he had saved me a pair of boots.I was very surprised. i thanked him.But i would like to once again say thank you very much Suki i really appreciated what you did .Primark this man deserves some kind of recognition.He went above and beyond for me his customer service ,politeness ,willing to help me was 5 star and he is a credit to him self and Primark thank you very much Suki.

Biggest Primark Ive been putting off going here as I remember the old Primark in city centre was always jam packed and no space to move without bumping into someone. This one is much more better and calmer I think it's 4 floors lots of ranges and variety's was nice inside and not over crowded which I thought it would be very spacious floors . Counters and changing rooms on every floor from what I remember. Nice sitting places with the cafes and you can refill your water bottle at the refillable water stations. Nice and clean and staff are nice and friendly. 10/10 I will definitely be going back .

Strategic location, can easily find it from Birmingham Moor street station. Prepare to spend at least 1 hour to look around, many bargains. Don't miss this place, worth to visit.

Great shopping experience. Right im the middle of city centre on the main junction of high street. Had to wait in a long que before entering the store. This explains how much people like it. The store itself is beautifully decorated and has a Great interior. Consists of multiple floors that segregate mens, women and children clothing. In terms of clothing its has more or less everything to cover all events from formals to casual etc. Shoe variety is a bit of question but again its not a shoe store only. In terms of quality its good. Some products are excellent and prices wise its not bad for the quality. In totality its a giod brand.

Not only for clothes, they have a wonderful collection of perfumes for women and children. I advise you to try them, you will not regret them. Because I have tried their perfumes and have not replaced them for ten years, they are worth a try for those who have never used them before.

My favorite shopping place. Tho I've gotten a shirt and wore it only once and I just loosened. I was so disappointed with that short and for the price I got it. But I love Zara

I Went to H&M yesterday to find my mum a dress and I wasn’t really an expert at it but a young girl showed me where to find dresses, the size etc. I don’t really know her name but I want to thank her and her team for showing great customer support. And to the girl if you’re reading this I’m sorry I was shy yesterday. Keep showing love to more customers like you did to me. And to any H&M staffs reading this at the shopping centre can you let her know she did a great job. Very open and energetic. Thank you for your service.

Affordable fashion. Good range of styles and sizes for a wide variety of age groups. Bright lights to see merchandise and clear size and price label easy to find correct size.( However I would prefer those size cubes on the hook of the hanger for instant size recognition to save me time searching through every single flipping label.

Great service. A lovely member of staff called Anna went out her way to help me find some comfortable trainers quickly. She was very kind and helpful, and found me great trainers that were afforable. I will be returning.
