Have visited the dealership a few times this year on minor and major issues and front desk made sure it was booked around my schedule and every time Archie kept me fully informed and ensured hassle free experience covered under the extended warranty. On Every visit I was able to pop in early before the opening and front desk staff reserved me a private office with snacks an coffee so I can continue working while waiting. Amazing customer service and team at Hardwood JlR and even though you don’t want reliability issues, however with this level of customer service at Harwoods Land Rover Brighton it’s a pleasure it self to pop in. I have just had a service at Harwoods Brighton and I wanted to leave a review as it was a brilliant experience. I have been going for years. Zacc has been looking after my car ever since I’ve had it and I wouldn’t trust anyone else. The car is in great shape and I have recommended many to come to Harwoods because of him and his care and precision. The customer service in the facility is also now second to none. I had to work while I waited so I was given a private room, coffee, water and fresh snacks. Jane could not have been friendlier or done more to make sure I was settled and fed so I could crack on in privacy for calls. All started and finished by Luke and Hayley in the service team, who managed the whole thing, always professional and friendly, and keeping you updated. All round a brilliant experience. Highly recommend.
