Great experience with Billy as our sales agent. I had been looking at sofas for a few days in various locations and I was still in two minds what to go for. I appreciated Billy's knowledge and enthusiasm to help, and answer my questions on the selection of sofas they had. We experienced a friendly and accommodating service and my partner particularly enjoyed the complimentary home baked oat and raisin cookies - twice! I am looking forward to receiving our new sofa and hoping all goes smoothly with delivery etc. I'll update if there is anything else to add, no news is good news!

We were very happy with the service we received at Furniture Village. We were offered help as we browsed the furniture. We were left to look without being bothered. When we were ready and asked for help our salesman Pascal, was very easy to liaise with. We felt comfortable and did not feel pushed into anything. We also felt comfortable to change our minds over things. Pascal made us feel totally comfortable, we went ahead with a purchase and are very happy. I would certainly recommend Pascal.

A very very welcoming showroom, beautifully laid out. There were an excellent number of examples of brand , style, model and fabric choices for sofas...our reason for the visit. The wonderful cookies offered with coffee were a real treat!!. Well worth the drive to get there...very very happy to recommend them.

Finally purshased 2x2 4 seat sofas after deliberating for some weeks having moved into a new home a couple of months ago. The quailty seems good against the reasonable sale price of the sofas and we are looking forward to taking delivery in a few weeks. Thank you to David a professional salesman who we both liked who was attentive but not overbearing We also purshased 2 items of individual furniture from this interesting and elective store.

Nice furniture but never get a greeting, even going by three different employees. It's happen three times I have visited the shop as we are moving soon to our new home. Always go in my walking gear so I think they might not see me as a potential customer.

We had great service, a good deal on a quality mattress. Better than any other in the area or online. They serve top coffee and if your lucky the barista will sing and dance as well. Happy staff that's for sure.

The gentleman who helped us was very knowledgeable about the products . He was very helpful. The place was clean arranged well and had a fabulous range of products . Was easy to get to and park. The delivery dates and options were explained perfectly and they were upfront about delivery costs which is refreshing.

Easy to find. Parking is available just not right outside store. Not far to walk. Good layout of quality products in the store. Sales persons friendly and not too pushy. ( especially Louis). Easy for customers to experience the products by sitting in them, measure them and open and close doors and drawers etc. Prices are clearly marked and possible discounts/ offers explained on request.

Very good indeed, love my solid oak extendible table with 6 chairs that are too nice to sit on, electric reclining faux leather with usb charge ports. Will be back to buy oak wardrobes.
