Great place to get a bike looked at and repaired. Baker St Bikes has a great attitude, seeking to help and offering solutions in a friendly manner. This is quite different to other bike shops where you're typically dismissed or usually ignored. I had an issue with a newly purchased bike from another retailer. Even though I hadn't bought it from them, they were helpful in highlighting the issue and supportive in my warranty request to the bike manufacturer. Fully recommend their services.

We use Baker St to purchase bikes for our fleet as well as to repair and service our bikes. They are always very accommodating when we need repairs at short notice and are honest with us about options when repairs are no longer worthwhile. They are a great supplier to work with - the work is great, they are very knowledgeable, helpful and make it very easy for us. I would highly recommend.

Excellent LBS - highly recommended. A great local bike shop is hard to find - literally, have you looked lately? - and these guys really helped me out when I need to replace my old school Sturmey Archer axle bolts. Thanks for your friendly and fast service. I really appreciate your help.

I used the shop a couple of times, and both times, I received amazing service. The first time, it was a young man who changed the inner tube on the bike, and the second time was the owner who took seconds to fix a brake. Both of them were very professional and trustworthy. My bike needs a service soon, so I will be taking it to them. Thank you both for your help.

I went into this place for advice on how to change my pedals only to find the guy was more than happy to change them for me there and then. No charge. Just super helpful and very friendly. Would highly recommend.

This is the best little bike shop in Brighton! They’re really friendly and knowledgeable and always go above and beyond with service and advice. I’ve had my bike fixed - often with no appt needed - many times there and completely recommend them.

Nice shop, friendly staff. Was expecting a bit more of thorough service vs a safety check but the price was reflective so no complaints. Fixed the main issues with my bike, no faff. Bought a shimano quicklink but was given a SRAM one, but I think just an error because they had been busy. Good experience overall on both visits and it’s good for commuter bikes if you just want something turned around in a day.

Fantastic service today! I brought an X5 recently from Rayment Cycles. At the time the advice and service was second to none. Fast forward a couple of months. Today I need help changing a tyre and they were only to happy to talk me through the process. I can’t recommend them enough. They are the one stop Bike Shop.

Amazing service! I was buying my first bike for commuting and triathlons and needed loads of help as I had no idea what I was doing. Paul understood exactly where I was at and was a great help. Great local shop with a long history in Brighton - I'll definitely be back!
