DECATHLON BRIGHTON REVIEWS

The shop is located in the city centre and is very easy to get to. It is well stocked and the staff is welcoming and trained to assist customers in their choice of products. I had a requirement regarding a trekking and the employee Vadim was able to help us choose the best tent and various camping equipment. Absolutely recommended.

If only all customer service was like this! I went into the Brighton branch today for some help with a transmission problem with my e-bike. Despite being busy working on a bike, the friendly mechanic seemed really happy to see what he could do to help. He fixed the problem and went above and beyond in helping prevent it reoccurring. Decathlon, you need more people like Ben the mechanic.

Good selection of equipment for various sports. It's clean and tidy, with a clear layout and friendly staff. It's my go-to whenever I need equipment. You can sometimes find some gems, I recently got very smart looking riding boots for a fraction of the price than I could have found elsewhere.

When I shop I don't really like to take a long time, shopping at this JD sports met all my expectations, the young lady I met at the door asked me if she could help, I explained what I needed and for whom, she recommended a pair of trainers which were perfect so I had her put them behind the till, the whole experience took no longer than 5 minutes. Perfect for me.

Most of the staff here are very helpful and we always get great deals when the trainers are on sale. Some time JD works out cheaper than the other sports retails in town. I've purchased trainers here that are more expensive over at Sports Direct.

Always great selection Ithink alittle better Q. Been disabled staff will take U straight to check.out.

Came here because of the fantastic reviews and was not disappointed. Tony took his time to look at my feet in many different pairs of shoes and really showed the knowledge and experience he has. Very good price too and super friendly experience. Brought my girlfriend back the next week for her new shoes and recieved the same level of attention and advice. A definite lifesaver if you are like me and have no idea what to look for. Thanks Tony!

Brought a pair of running shoes today. Fantastic shop, I was allowed to try on a bunch of pairs and go for a run down the street to try them out. The assistant/owner was really knowledgable and clearly has experience of his products. Can’t recommend this place enough when compared to larger sports chains/internet stores. Thanks!

Dropped in for advice on trail capable trainers. Tony was full of knowledge and great to talk to. We went in with no expectations, but he was happy for us to do some further reasearch and we were back the next day for a pair each for my wife and I - exactly what he'd recommended.
