PRIMARK BRIGHTON REVIEWS

This is quite a large primark compared to the one near me, but every thing was in good order, the clothes were all in sections and neatly laid out or hung up. I went in and got everything I needed with no fuss, the staff were polite and served us quickly which was nice. Due to me visiting near Christmas all the light were up outside which was pretty.

Great quality, great prices.. And refund policy is awesome, staff are great and helpful once ask them, despite being under tremendous work load and have to arrange and fold many items repeatedly on daily basis. Hats off for all staff infront and behind the scene..

I had a great experience at Primark. I bought new baby clothes, and they were adorable and affordable. The staff was helpful and friendly. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and will definitely shop at Primark again.

Large and well displayed items for both men, women and children. Prices vrry reasonable. My wife found the staff to be very friendly and helpful especially when she went to exchange something she had bought the previous day.

Very near and tidy, open pretty late so lots of time to shop. Easy to find things and relatively clean/tidy changing rooms.

The store was really organised and tidy, very calm and welcoming atmosphere! Great selection of clothes and sale items. I was served by the loveliest staff member ever (Natasha), she was so friendly! My shopping experience was made so much better with the customer service given by Natasha! I will definitely be returning again.

I haven’t been here for a few years, but had to pop in to collect an online order, and was really impressed by the guy that served me. He was super polite, helpful and friendly. I also had to return an item here recently and I was served by another really lovely team member. Thanks!

Came in here yesterday and bought a top and was served by a lovely tall Spanish lady. She was really friendly and had a nice smile... I visited several shops in Churchill Square and none of their staff were as nice as your lady. She made my afternoon.
