Great company, sales person was extremely helpful and not pushy at all. we only went to look and left with an order of the Bamboo bed with pillows. got a good discount and bed was delivered in 2 days without parting with a penny. really pleased with the bed too.

We are so very pleased to have found Simply Beds Sussex. After months of going round major retailers and other bed shops we were not happy with the usual sales spiel and overpriced mattresses. Came across Simply Beds Sussex on the internet and booked an appointment with Luke. Well, we were very impressed with both the showroom and Luke’s knowledge. Luke was very good at explaining our options to us and we were able to make an informed decision over a coffee. A truly pleasant experience and excellent customer service! We bought a king size Harrison Spinks mattress and ottoman bed with the Oslo headboard. There was a large range of materials and colours for the headboard, so much so we couldn’t decide, but Luke kindly loaned us a sample book. Luke was courteous and thorough with our order, and the delivery men were pleasant and assembled the bed well. We were also given a time slot for our delivery, and glad they delivered to Horsham. We highly recommend Simply Beds Sussex. Thank you and we are loving our new bed.
