Would highly recommend Dreams. Upon arrival Martin did an in-depth analysis of what would suit me best. I tried numerous mattresses until I found the one for me. We were offered a tea/coffee whilst we looked around. Both team members were so polite and helpful. Excellent service.

Absolutely lovely staff and my mattress and frame are the best I've ever had I absolutely love it. I felt so welcomed in the store and they helped me with all my questions as it was my first time buying a bed myself. I will likely continue to shop here and would recommend. The cats also agree about comfort levels.

Not only was Ben super helpful in providing me advice on a bed purchase but I got a great deal as well. Will be back for a mattress soon! Ben explained everything thoroughly and spent time explaining the structure and strength of the beds and assisting in my decision making. Thank you.

Great company, sales person was extremely helpful and not pushy at all. we only went to look and left with an order of the Bamboo bed with pillows. got a good discount and bed was delivered in 2 days without parting with a penny. really pleased with the bed too.

Justin was very helpful and dealt with my enquiry very efficiently, I hope the next stage ( supply & delivery) meets the same standards. From the sales team, admin and delivery everyone was 5* Thank you for a great experience, will not hesitate to recommend.

Fantastic family run business- Nothing is too much trouble. Great variety of stock and their delivery service is superb too.

We are so very pleased to have found Simply Beds Sussex. After months of going round major retailers and other bed shops we were not happy with the usual sales spiel and overpriced mattresses. Came across Simply Beds Sussex on the internet and booked an appointment with Luke. Well, we were very impressed with both the showroom and Luke’s knowledge. Luke was very good at explaining our options to us and we were able to make an informed decision over a coffee. A truly pleasant experience and excellent customer service! We bought a king size Harrison Spinks mattress and ottoman bed with the Oslo headboard. There was a large range of materials and colours for the headboard, so much so we couldn’t decide, but Luke kindly loaned us a sample book. Luke was courteous and thorough with our order, and the delivery men were pleasant and assembled the bed well. We were also given a time slot for our delivery, and glad they delivered to Horsham. We highly recommend Simply Beds Sussex. Thank you and we are loving our new bed.

After visiting 4 different bed shops and not finding what we wanted, my partner encouraged me to visit Simply Beds just to see what they had on offer. I was very pleasantly surprised with the range of quality beds and mattresses available and the value too. Luke the owner was very patient and knowledgeable and gave us all the advice we needed to make the right choice. We opted for a super king Harrison Spinks mattress on an ottoman base and I can safely say it’s the best bed we have ever had. So soft and comfortable yet firm and supportive. We are over the moon with our purchase and would definitely recommend Simply Beds.

Definitely a 5 star service from Luke and the team. I rang to ask some questions prior to purchase and Luke gave his time freely and willingly which made me feel confident using this business for the first time. The whole transaction went so smoothly. The customer service was exceptionally good. I would definitely buy from this company again.
