Well I had my van in for its MOT on 16/09/2024 at The Motor company this was my first time using them . I decided to wait for the outcome of the mot by sitting in the pleasant reception area, now as I was sitting there on the old mobile phone a lady came into the reception & explained that she was having problems with her car keys , incidentally she was passing by on the way to work . Now I’m won’t go into the details of the problem but needless to say the staff had sorted it out in minutes & she was on her way with no charge . This say to me that The Motor Company have the highest standards & principle & should be considered a credit to the greater community & their company as a whole. Well as for my vans MOT it failed but I asked & got an immediate quote for the work that was needed to pass the MOT which was very reasonable & was completed that afternoon . I will be recommending Highly The Motor Company to all I know family friends & my own customers. Kind Regards David Alton.

Edit number 4 - Sept 2024, Had my MOT and Full serclvice, great customer service and great value as always. With the car getting on in age, as usual, there is more work that needs doing. Research done myself beforehand before getting it sorted by my favourite team of Mechanics. Massive thanks again STL for sorting it all out at a fab price. Edit....well it's that time of year again, (MOT time 2023) For yet another year I came back to the friendliest and most professional garage around. Super brilliant service again and great prices to boot. I HIGHLY recommend Steve and his team at STL Leicester. Thanks again Steve. What a fantastic business. Super helpful, great service and brilliant prices. I popped in on Wednesday afternoon when my exhaust back box suddenly fell off. They fitted me in straight away, welded it back on (temporarily) and ordered the new part. I went back for it to be fitted within 2 days and asked them to do a full service too. 2 hours later exhaust fitted and service sorted. Highly recommended this garage. Edit....... Had a full service too and other work done month later ready for my MOT. What a great bunch of mechanics and the owner was wonderfully helpful and friendly. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Cheers STL!.

Best garage in Leicestershire. I'm client since opening, went there only because I was living round the corner and car died on me completely and really that was my only option at the time, which is about 20 years ago, since that time I'm keep coming back if have any issue. Always get help, always best price and most important everything is always 10 out of 10 and this is real, honest opinion! Just be careful, there is no quick visit as this place is always full and busy really place do not need Google opinion as it speak for it self with hard, reliable work. Massive thx for last fix.

First time using this garage, will definitely be using them again called on Tuesday and was booked in and repaired on Thursday excellent service highly recommend.
