Our regular engineer Martin is always very helpful and friendly. On his most recent visit he also helped us with an issue we have been having and explained everything in detail. He is very knowledgeable and always happy to help.

Fabulous service. Russell is a great local engineer based in Northampton. Friendly and reliable service. Great company to have your alarm from installation and servicing. Quick call out when needed.

Had a maintenance visit from Martin from Abel today. As usual Martin was very helpful and explained what he was doing and completed the work very efficiently. Martin has been a couple of times before including updating the alarm system and is always very good at his job and clear on what’s he is doing and why. Great job.

Rakesh from SecureSmart Solutions did a great job on the intercom system. He had installed a new screen along with a keypad and camera. There was even a few extra things he’d done and didn’t charge me for it either. Amazing work done and I would recommend this to anyone.

Very happy with the service received from start to finish. When I put in my initial enquiry with Craig , he was straight on it. Communication was brilliant. Craig provided us with options to best suit our needs plus a very competitive quote. On the day both Craig & Georgia were brilliant, prompt & fully explained everything as they both went on with the installation. Work completed to a high standard & now feel a lot more secure with in my own home.

I usually do not leave reviews, but when you have outstanding service right from first contact to the finished service, I have to say something. They are brilliant! Answered my many questions in terms that I could understand, quick communications, punctual, knowledgeable and respectful. Craig & Georgia were absolutely brilliant. I would not hesitate in slightest to recommend this company. Everything from start to finish was just so easy. The customer service was a breath of fresh air, you are treated as a client, not a number, at that moment in time if Craig is quoting or installing you were the all that mattered. I greatly appreciate their service and feel safe and secure.
