I have a Samsung washing machine, myself and my husband had called around to a few independent repairers who advised they would not look at the washing machine as it required a samsung specialist. Before calling samsung we called busy bees repairs who took all our details and informed us of the call out charges etc and arranged an appointment for the very next day which was fantastic as I had asked a few others who advised they couldn't come out for a few days. Sonny arrived promptly the next day looked at the washing machine and identified the problem straight away. Sonny was very informative throughout the process and explained and showed the the cause of the machine not working, he was honest throughout the process and advised he has solved the issue (jammed water pump) however as the element was overheating it would be best to replace the part, although there was no pressure to do so. He replaced the part and ran a wash before leaving to ensure that all was working as it should, 2 months later no issues. I am very happy with the price and service service provided. Thank you Sonny

We called Sonny on a Friday as we had an issue with our cooker tripping out our electricity, he called back, arranged for a visit on Monday and communicated fantastically, arrived on time and tried to solve our problem. It was more complex than initially thought and unfortunately not financially viable to fix. Sonny sourced us a new oven, picked it up and installed it for us taking away the old oven all within 5 hrs of 1st seeing the issue......service like that is hard to find and we now have a working oven and full bellies, thankyou Sonny.

Busy Bee recommended by a friend. Sonny arrived next day. Very knowledgeable and soon identified and repaired the problem with our washing machine. Would certainly recommend.

Had my dryer stop working. Called these guys. They said I would be looking at the other side of Xmas for a repair due to busy workload however,, the chap on the phone was very knowledgable and was able to guide me to a diagnosis, even helped me source the part. This lead me to being able to carry out the necessary repair that got my dryer up and running. Top man. Much appreciated.. Would recommend.

Great service and gave lots of information before he visited me about costs and what the job involved. I would highly recommend using him

Tariq was professional. He came on time, had a look at the washing machine and also listened to see what we thought the problem was. He was very efficient with finding the problem and gave us honest advice on whether to have it fixed, or replaced. The call out/repair cost was reasonable and we'd definitely recommend him.
