I have been a Senior healthcare Assistant at south lodge for 2 months now and I can honestly say this is a fantastic place to work . Manager is very friendly and Welcoming, Support from other Seniors & The care staff are amazing , if you’re ever stuck on something you feel comfortable to ask for help . The quality of Care is outstanding and efficient Communication within the home is Good and the training is very effective. I would highly recommend working within Avery & at South lodge care home .

Best Care Home I've worked in. Great team of carers who always put the residents first. Amazing entertainment and activities for all tastes. Food of a very high standard and the rooms are incredible. Great place, love it.

Had a lovely family Easter meal with great service and food. The staff really take care of everyone amd the food is amazing.

My mum who has advanced dementia has been a resident at Graysford Hall for almost a year and I am so happy with the care and support she receives there. The staff are wonderful and they involve all the residents in the activities. I love to visit and am so welcomed and happy that she is in the best place. It is such a reassurance knowing she is well cared for in difficult times.

I have worked for Grayford Hall as a Care Assistant for over a year, I really enjoy my job role and working at Graysford Hall, I really enjoy coming to work, and looking after the residents. We work really well as one big team. Staff are very hardworking, team players, we are like one big family and support one another.

My father is very happy here. He is always busy and involved. The care is exceptional, the staff are more like family and always go the extra mile. As a family, I feel informed, consulted and comfortable to talk to the manager and the team whenever I need to.

My Dad was cared for with pride and dignity at all times and I will forever recommend this care home to people wanting there loved ones cared for like they would care for them . Amazing team that go above and beyond to make there residents feel at home. Nothing is to much to ask.

Beautiful, well managed care home. Staff are amazing and are fantastic at looking after the needs of the residents. I am very impressed with the amount of activities that Orchard Manor View put on for the residents to get involved in if they wish. It’s lovely to see. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is currently searching for a care home.

Orchard Manor View is by far one of the best care homes I have ever visited! Its so clean and nicely decorated. All the staff are very friendly. Highly recommended.
