Did a great job of cleaning the charger port on my phone, which wasn't connecting to my charger very well. I'd tried to DIY clean it myself but with no success. That day Paul was ran off his feet running the post office, but he quickly popped in the back, worked his magic and literally 2 mins later he was finished, and the charger port is as good as new again! I was really impressed and appreciative for him taking the time to fit in such a little job while he was so busy. It helped me enormously! Would highly recommend

I spoke to Paul today about a problem with my MacBook Air, and wow, he was so helpful and friendly, and just plain awesome! He gave me some helpful tips to get me back on my laptop, but he didn’t have to spend his free time doing this, yet he did. Now that’s what I call excellent customer service!

I dropped my iPhone 11 and the screen turned black. I brought it to few phone shops to get a quote to repair, most of them told me I must replace the screen. Only JS Phones and Computer used equipment to check my screen and the connection. Finally, they fixed the issue without replacing the screen and I saved the repairing cost by more than 50%. The staff are professional and honest. Highly recommend and I will use them again.

My iPhone had a line down the screen so I couldn’t use the face recognition. I took it here, it was fixed within the hour, great customer service and great price too. The owner even gave me a free screen protector. I would definitely js phones and computers.

I called in with my iPhone 12 Pro needed a new screen, the service was excellent and the guy was knowledgeable and and friendly. He replaced the screen within 30 minutes.

Bought a camera from CEX, got given the wrong SD card, a staff member called Usama helped me buy the right SD card for the camera. 4k at least 30fps I've got 6 hours 40 mins worth of footage. Which will be plenty for a month long trip to Europe! Proper gentleman. Thank you Usama, legend.

Very helpful giving information on different power banks and even charged ours at the shop as they were out of power. Absolute life saver as I had a 4 hour train journey back home with no battery.

I got my phone accessories ( screen protector and phone case ) from this store, Osama was really helpful and kind. It’s located right in the city centre in Durham, it is very easy to locate.
